This Mass of Chrism is unique and special. While not part of the Sacred Triduum, it is always a foreshadowing of the events of Holy Week and the occasion for the priests of the local church to renew and reaffirm their priestly promises of service to the Church - service to the Sacrament of Christ. In these coming days may we be buried in Christ and rise with him in a newness of life that we will share with others. (more)
